EIT SMART offers 0G Sigfox technology both as a "primary" communication solution and as a "back-up" to supplement existing communication systems (cellular and local area networks).
Connectivity
The heart of the EIT Smart offering is the connectivity service for data collection from the device over the LPWA EIT Smart network in 0G Sigfox technology. This service includes the use of the Sigfox Backend for device management. The service can be used throughout Italy, Europe, and the rest of the world, in any country where there is an active Sigfox network.
Geolocalization
In addition to the connectivity service, EIT Smart offers Atlas Native and Atlas WiFi geolocalization services to address all those cases where GPS, due to consumption or unavailability, is not the best option for the location.
On Demand Coverage
Consulting services and specific network intensification in case of installations in critical situations, such as deep indoor applications, thanks to the know-how and planning, design, implementation and network infrastructure management capabilities of the parent company EI Towers.
